A small team, and a product real businesses open every morning. What you build here is on somebody's screen within a week — and if you got it wrong, you hear about it from the barber. No layers and no committees: we write down why, not only what, and decisions are left where the next person will find them. Releases are small and go out the same day, and code review is about the code.
